Changes concerning the courses listed on Learning Agreement

Sometimes it is necessary to make changes in the Learning Agreement. The following reasons may only be the cause of the changes:

The deletion or suspension of selected courses on Opole University of Technology – refer to the course plan, whether the course is running or not.

  • Lack of required amount of ECTS,
  • Other reasons – approval of the Coordinator from the home University is required.

After setting the range of changes (added or/and deleted courses) ERASMUS student should fill out the ‘Changes to the original learning agreement’. This form can be downloaded from International Relations Office web pages http://www.dwm.po.opole.pl/index.php/en/ ( bookmark Erasmus+ > Admission 2016/2017 > Admission documents > Learning agreement > 5th and 6th page of the Learning Agreement form). Forms must be submitted in triplicate to the ERASMUS Faculty Coordinator.

The deadline for changes: October 15 (winter semester), and March 9 (summer semester).
